I should share the same sentiments as others as I recently had a leaking shower during the week leading up to Christmas. Thinking the worst I contacted Alex based on his proximity to our address and the reviews. He responded the same day (Sunday) and was able to come round two days later and fixed the problem immediately. I also sought advice on another long standing problem which he happily spoke about and I will get him back for. Couldn't fault the response and politeness so well done and I will definitely use Alex again.

We have called on Alex 5 times this year to help us with minor plumbing issues and every time he has provided excellent service. He is always highly responsive to see how urgent the problem is and discusses options for repairs. He delivers great turn around on the job, amazing customer service and excellent value for money.

Didn't have any work done so have no issues with Alex's work. Suggest it is important to be able to read your customers when you own a business. I gave three stars because I felt quite rail-roaded by Alex's advice.

Alex did installation of gas hot water in our place the job was done at a high standard, he has great communication and he is knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Alex was more than responsive when we called him in the early morning to assist and address our house flooding, he promptly advised over the phone actions to take to terminate the mains prior to his arrival. Work was completed to a satisfactory standard, the line was capped, and report filed as needed. Alex even followed up with a call later that morning to instruct on video documenting the damage, as this slipped his mind at the time, which was all fine with me. He and I had later had a miscommunication at one point about invoicing, where I felt things could have been dealt with slightly better, Alex agreed and also expressed a huge amount empathy to the situation and later apologized, this for me was the most important interaction we had as he truly cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to amend the situation. Would most certainly use again!
